Stuffstr is closing the loop on clothing, offering instant buy-back to loyalty customers of brands and stores. It’s a disruptive and innovative model, a completely new way for customers to manage their previous purchases. So like any new service, it was proving quite difficult to explain. Stuffstr wanted an animated film to make the whole process really clear.
We began by unpicking the Stuffstr journey, step by step, from the customer’s perspective, before going away and creating a storyboard complete with script and sketch images for an animation. Through a series of iterations, a 90-second animated film was developed - a perfect elevator pitch for potential partners and funders. The animation has helped Stuffstr build new partnerships and raise Series A investment. |
